BBQ Sketti and Smack-n-Cheese
This week Libby Webb from New Market Bar-B-Q surprised us with her BBQ Sketti, homemade Smack-N-Cheese, and an assortment of pies: pee-can pie, chocklit pie, carrot cake, and Christy's own recipe for peanut butter pie! This is the only radio show where you can actually hear the hosts gaining weight.
Check out Libby's Facebook page.

How Do You Make A Smashed Tater Chip Sammich?
Just take some thick-sliced baloney (not the uppity packaged bologna), some processed cheese slices (not the uppity fancy cheese), some tater chips (anything but the uppity kettle ones) and stack it all between 2 slices of white bread (the kind that sticks to the uppity part of your mouth). Mash the fool out of it and eat till full (or a little ways after).

Nothing Like Home-made Nanner Puddin'! We all chowed down on Christy's homemade banana pudding -- nanner pud'n -- this week. This was REAL nanner pud'n, the kind where you make the pudding from scratch and pour it warm over a bowl of yummy Nilla wafers and fresh cut bananas and cover the whole thing with meringue.
Here's the recipe
